When pitching in front of Mr Phillipson and Miss greenfield, me and Gareth was aiming to tell them literally everything about our idea of the chocolate advert in detail and how it will be structure out clearly. The pitch itself was good because we had covered everything that we thought would be a distinction standard but after the questions that we had coming to me and Gareth was challenging. Overall I am happy with a merit but hopefully Mr Phillipson will change his mind and give me and Gareth a Distinction.

The advert is humorous because in the advert you can see the different monks that have a funny symbol on there head which is from the can from of Pepsi. The memorable thing about this advert is that when the boy turns into a man and does a few stuns, plus breaking hard object, he then decides to hit his forehead on top of the Pepsi can. The only reason for this is because everyone in the advert had a imprint of a the top cap of the Pepsi.
Surreal
In this advert the its mood has been set to make it look surreal because of the men surfing with the waves and horse coming out with the wave taking down some of the men. The advert is show to the audience so organisation can raise money and help the women with aids.
Parody
In this advert the text sets the mood and it gives out a parodic and calm mood also because of the back ground music that helps. Codes and conventions
Camera angel and shot - the camera shots in the advert are not really very effective because all it shows what is happeneing. There is only one shot that i think that is alright which is the last bit when the narrator says "tango with orange intensity" a close up of the tango can. There was not camera angles in the advert which i think there should of but the advert itself was constrating on the angles because of the humor brought by the big body builders roaring.
Iconography - Tango in the advert is very easy to identitfy because of the colour scheme of the can which stands outs of the advert. The can is shown to make you more tough and bigger, this type of slogan has come from the much older adverts that where made a few years back but they where all different but stil has the same meaning.
editing - The editing of this advert is very good because of the way a man sees a reflection of himself as a little baby or toodler. It brings humor to the audience by the way its been edited and by the way the shots are moving to another to bring excitment and tension of laughter to the audience.
Lighting - the lighting in the advert is very light because of the time of day shown to the audience. Also it matches with the theme of the advert because you wont see little babies or toodles dancing around in the dark.
Sound & Music - the sound and the music in the advert brings in a lot of funny humor becaue of the way the scene is show to the audience. The advert has tension building up by when the panda apears on the advert then a sweat and calm song comes on to make people interest in whats happening in the advert. The sound in the advert is funny because you can hear people typing on keyboard and then suddenly everyone stops because of panda looking and then doing somethng funny.
special effects - The special effects in this advert is that throughout the whole advert it a cartoon shadow of people dancing around and the special effects for the background has paint thrown everywhere to make it look interesting and exciting for the audience to watch. The special effects brings a lot of style to the advert because the effect is used to make it either very urban or 21st century so the advert is relates to the audience in a certain context.
computer graphics - the computer graphic side of this advert is that they use computer effect as well as special effect throughout the whole advert. it makes it very unique because of the computer making it fun and interesting for the audience viewers at home.

Techniques and application
This advert is mainly aiming towards a limited age range which is between 18 to 40+. This is because teenagers lower than 18 years old are not mature enough to relies what the life is seriously about, by this the adverts only aims towards the more understanding and mature audience. In the advert when it starts around 00:4 instantly they get straight to the point and don't waste time on talking about other stuff to build up tension in the one child advert. The advert shows the technique as it portrays the child very emotional with the face expression show on the child's face.
For this advert I think that it is targeting towards a wide
range of people like from youngsters to the elderly. This is because the advert
has football match showing which instantly shows that you will have a heavily+
about of audience watching the advert. Plus the advert has famous football
players shown in the advert which can also attract and add on the amount of
people that will watch it.
The advert here is shown to be very sad because of the short
story line shown in the advert. The advert also has a lot of techniques like
the music playing in back ground which brings lot emotions to the audience. The
advert also is quite long and this makes the audience not want to watch it but
when they watch the first few seconds of the advert and they would be
interested in what is going on.
The McDonald's advert of the guy singing brings a happy mood
to the audience when it’s been shown.
The advert also shows how the atmosphere of the advert can happiness by
in the end of advert at 0:56 the guy is looking at the burger is holds it in a
funny way but still make the audience feel to have McDonald's which the company
is aiming to do.
The perfume advert has a celebrity shown in there which is Charlize
Theron she is an actress who is in the advert to promote the company brand and
there new perfume to the audience who are people between young adults to 40+. The adverts shows how the celebrity can be very good looking and can attract more people to watch the advert.
